Wholewheat Pasta

For a heartier take on a pasta favourite, our Wholewheat Pasta delivers a deeper, more robust character that works beautifully with both simple and rich sauces.

Made in small batches using premium Italian wholewheat flour, the pasta is shaped through traditional bronze dies to create a textured surface designed to hold onto sauce. We then slowly dry it for 24 hours at carefully controlled low temperatures.

Try it with tomato and vegetable sauces, pesto, mushrooms, roasted vegetables, hearty ragù-style dishes or a simple garlic and olive oil dressing.
