Vibrant, colourful and made to stand out, our Beetroot Pasta brings something special to both everyday dinners and impressive-looking plates. Concentrated beetroot powder gives the pasta its distinctive pink-red colour and earthy character.

Made in small batches with premium Italian flour and beetroot, then shaped through traditional bronze dies to create a textured surface that catches sauce beautifully. Each batch is slowly dried for 24 hours at carefully controlled low temperatures.

Pair it with goat's cheese, creamy sauces, roasted vegetables, walnuts, pesto or simple olive-oil dressings.
