A classic seasoning combination built right into the pasta. Our Sea Salt & Black Pepper Pasta has a savoury, peppery character that makes creating a flavour-packed meal wonderfully simple.

Handmade in small batches in Wales using premium Italian flour with sea salt and black pepper, then shaped through traditional bronze dies for a textured surface that holds sauce. A slow 24-hour drying process at carefully controlled low temperatures finishes each batch.

Perfect with creamy cheese sauces, carbonara-style dishes, mushrooms, chicken, steak or simply butter and Parmesan.
