Bring colour and a subtle savoury twist to your bowl with our Spinach Pasta. Made with concentrated spinach powder, its natural green appearance makes even a simple pasta dish look that little bit more special.
Handmade in Wales in small batches using premium Italian flour and spinach, then shaped through traditional bronze dies. We dry it slowly for 24 hours at carefully controlled low temperatures to create pasta with a satisfying texture that holds sauce beautifully.
Lovely with creamy sauces, ricotta, pesto, mushrooms, chicken, roasted vegetables or a simple Parmesan sauce.
