Turmeric Pasta

Golden, vibrant and a little different, our Turmeric Pasta is an eye-catching addition to the table. Concentrated turmeric powder gives the pasta its distinctive colour and earthy character.

Made in small batches using premium Italian flour and turmeric, the dough is shaped through traditional bronze dies to create a textured surface that catches sauce beautifully. It is then slowly dried for 24 hours at carefully controlled low temperatures.

Try it with creamy sauces, roasted vegetables, chicken, seafood, spiced dishes or simply olive oil, garlic and Parmesan.
