Sometimes simple is best. Our Original Plain Pasta is made for those dishes where the sauce deserves to shine, with a beautifully textured surface that helps every spoonful cling to the pasta.

Handmade in Wales in small batches using premium Italian flour and traditional bronze dies, it is slowly dried for 24 hours at carefully controlled low temperatures. The result is artisan pasta with a satisfying bite and a rougher texture that pairs beautifully with everything from rich ragù and creamy sauces to pesto, tomato sauces and a simple drizzle of olive oil.
